How We Help
Education has been defined as an enlightening experience. We add to that experience by providing a comfortable environment for employer’s to share their true needs and objectives. This direct information, along with our research and healthcare expertise, is used to swiftly identify solutions that our team can craft a curriculum around. Our educational programs are designed to be distributed and consumed systematically to help reinforce healthy behavior in the workplace, this is most direct path to realizing a return from wellness investments. Education can be an attractive experience! Which is why we develop engaging and highly interactive programs that can be measured much more effectively than standard presentations.
Health has been defined as the state of being free from illness or injury. The health of an employer is essential for them to remain competitive in their markets and continue to employ people to provide their products and/or services. We expect that employers can be free from illness or injury too. Therefore focus is also directed to learn what injuries and illnesses exist within a workforce so the safest ‘treatment’ can be provided with the best, practical results to be achieved.
Safety has been defined as freedom from harm or danger AS WELL AS the state of not being harmful or dangerous. These are critical distinctions because the require cooperation from both employers and employees to achieve the common goal (requirement) of safety in a given workplace. A healthier, better educated employee is safer on and off the job and the employer can facilitate this process within their own culture. Position Dynamics focuses on understanding the requirements of safety initiatives in the context of each employer’s industry, history and current circumstances so both employees and employers can become and remain safer.
Design has been defined as; to conceive or execute a plan as well as to draw, lay out or prepare a design. Every organization and arguably every facility within an organization has unique needs and therefore requires a culturally specific, designed solution. Solutions to specific or systemic problems within an organization often require innovative solutions. Positions Dynamics leverages the concept behind Albert Einstein’s popular quote: “You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created.” to design innovative yet practical, organization-specific, solutions to health, safety or educational problems that may seem insurmountable.
